Wellness Coaching is a free resource designed to help you make small, meaningful changes that support your overall health, well-being, and academic success. Whether you're looking to improve your daily habits or work toward long-term goals, a Wellness Coach can help you create a personalized action plan — and provide support and accountability along the way.

What You Can Work On

Wellness Coaching is student-centered and goal-focused. Common coaching topics include:

  • 6-Week Personal Training Program

  • Healthy eating and nutrition

  • Physical activity and movement

  • Time management and overcoming procrastination

  • Stress management and building resilience

  • Improving sleep habits

  • Creating balance in social, academic, and recreational life

What to Expect

Your coach will work with you to define clear goals, develop an action plan, and build habits that align with your lifestyle and values. Coaching sessions are confidential, supportive, and non-judgmental — designed to meet you where you are.
